This was great and so true. I lack motivation and totally am at that stage where I'm comparing to what I did before or how I was before physical wise I haven't even tried to workout again!!! Thx for this, was excited to hear this one!!!!

I have started going to the YMCA, and am going to get into a regular exercise routine. My diet is usually good, and I can definitely tell a difference when I don't.
